Are we done asking Jim?

The internet space went wild when the video of Jim Iyke at the Synagogue went viral. Even though months and many waters have passed since then, If you saw the video, you must admit you asked the yourself questions.

After my typing "synagogue" guys, my trackpad froze for some minutes. You want to be careful when dealing with things of the spirit. Maybe I shouldn't talk too much on the synagoge subject. Bleee! I shall!!

Questions that probably raced through your mind must have included the following.

  • What took Iyke there?
  • Was he stunting?
  • Was he in need of the deliverance?
  • Or was it a paid job?

Recent happenings in Nollywood have revealed that our actors and actresses, much like the next man, need help. Like everyone else, their mortality shines through. Severally have we heard of some of our actresses giving their behinds in to a movie producer/director's immorality to get a movie role. exhibiting "fraililty" and fallibility from time to time, they need help too. Class-ism does little to help too as most of them seem to get caught in the nonsense celebrity hype of "I am too much a celebrity to 'lower my standards' and beg,". Most of them try making themselves out to be flawless, wealthy and without problems.

Anyway, the questions asked at the beginning of this narrative on Jimmy, you will have to answer for yourself. Only Iyke, God and probably Nadia would know what took him there and whether or not it was a paid stunt job. He needed the deliverance though. We all do from time to time. Deliverance from the pangs of unhealthily corrupt national governance. I choose to rest my pen here. ;)

Cold Stone.

Nah fellas, this isn't a WWE talk and the "Cold Stone" i'm talking about is neither a wrestler nor a form of German meal. This is about a sorry meal i had one night.. This night!

We sat at the dinner table and this bowl was pushed in one direction - mine!  The content of this bowl would be for me to find out. Now, let me stress that i have been a tough and somewhat 'rugged' gentleman. I eat in places you would not believe, restaurants some of my siblings wouldn't even contemplate entering for a meal, and I am no stranger to poorly prepared meals especially at this particular dinner table.

So i went on to uncover this bundle of mystery and there it was! staring me in the eye. A bowl of badly made garri. I tried palpitating this and men.. It felt like half-stone, half-pap. I mean, this literally must be a shade of what i call COLD STONE!

What can a hungry son of man do? I went on to consume this mean and right now, my belly hurts. Like i swallowed a rock or something. Pray for a brother fellas. Please pray that i survive this night.

NOW THAT I AM HERE.

Yo fellas! Feels good to be here with the BLOGGER badge!. Phew! This right here is a new interest of mine. Not new-new really. It has been one that has been on my mind for many years but i never made out time to see it through the phases that brings it to fruition. It started with that spark sometime last year. When i challenged myself into scribbling few lines online. So i logged into my blogspace - A account that has hasn't got my attention for ages- contemplated few topics, ruminated over those i considered topical and ended up ordering dominos pizzas!! An act which effectively knocked all desires to blog right into the bins of history.

I have not been much of a writer. Not much of a reader either and this here is my first note on Evernote - A software application that seized my attention late last year 2012 because of it's unique(Well, not anymore) feature of a cross-platform/cross-device sync. This means, I can take notes on a pc and have the same note synced to all my Evernote compliant devices. Cool thang!

Now that I am here, I might as well introduce myself for starters right?

Well, I am a Kwara born computer savvy individual with great bias for multimedia, computer network and network security, Web application development and a lover of all things Apple! A graduate of The great University of South Wales(formerly University of Glamorgan), with an M.Sc degree in Computer Systems security. I am greatly fascinated about cloud, grid and autonomous technologies.

Hopefully, more of me and my publications to you i shall give in the coming days and weeks. Merry Christmas and a happy new year in advance.
